The Princeton Human Capital Difference


A common question potential clients ask us is “what makes you different from the other firms”.  We feel we provide a unique level of service because of these “differences” which include:
  • Staff Competencies: All of the members of our professional staff have over 20 years of senior level, hands-on business experience with large organizations (Merck, JP Morgan/Chase, Aramark, HSBC, Arthur Andersen, PNC Financial Corporation) along with a minimum of 10 plus years of senior-level executive search experience.


  • Project Team: The team presenting our capabilities to you will be the team who actually performs the project. We do not “hand down” searches to lower level staff and do not charge additional "internal management" fees to our clients.


  • Middle Management Focus: Unlike other firms who try to be “all things to all people” or prefer to work on CEO and/or President searches, our focus is on “middle management”. We define middle management as Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents in the $100K to $350K compensation range.


  • Our Communication Process: Our clients never have to ask “what is the status of the candidate development process.” We ensure our clients our updated on a regular basis including weekly status reports and frequent verbal updates.


  • Project Completion Rates: There is no such thing as an uncompleted search project at Princeton Human Capital. We pride ourselves in our 100% search completion rate which spans a thirteen-year period.


  • Hands Off Policy: Because we purposely limit our client base in any one particular industry, we have the ability to recruit from our client’s direct competitors. In addition, unlike some of our competition, we never recruit our client’s employees for another client project.


  • Assimilation/Post Search Process: We do not believe the search project stops when the candidate is hired. We actively work with the hired candidate and the hiring manager to help with the new excutive transition process long after the hire date. This effort is included as part of our service, and fee.
